Bi-Weekly one-on-one coaching calls with the doctor-owner. These calls are pre-scheduled for 1 hour each.
One call/month is dedicated to dealing with CDAs (Challenges Demanding Attention) and WMIRN (What’s Most Important Right Now!)
One call/month is dedicated to coaching the Dr. on his/her business skills and leadership skills
Five in-office coaching sessions with your entire team. This includes Get Ahead Coaching & Consulting’s Annual Planning session at the end of the calendar year
Six 1-hour zoom meetings with individual departments (administrative, clinical assistants, hygiene) to learn specialized verbal skills and mastermind department specific challenges. (Total of 6 hours)
Unlimited text and email communication
Membership in CoachAccountable, a secure online portal which streamlines communication between Doctor and Coach and helps keep all of our correspondence organized and in one area. In addition, you have access to all spreadsheets, procedures, protocols, scripts, monitors and more in your private portal
Training in reading and understanding your financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)
Training on how to find your voice as the leader
Training on how to improve your office culture and team dynamics
Training on communication skills to be more effective and influential with your team and your patients
Access to all of Get Ahead Coaching & Consulting’s proven scripts, protocols, procedures, spreadsheets, checklists, monitors, and so much more!
