What You Can Expect From Us:

Everything that’s included with the In-Training Program PLUS:

  • Bi-Weekly one-on-one coaching ZOOM calls with the doctor-owner. These calls are pre-scheduled for 1 hour, every other week.
    • One call/month is dedicated to dealing with CDAs (Challenges Demanding Attention) and WMIRN (What’s Most Important Right Now!)
    • One call/month is dedicated to coaching the Dr. on his/her business skills and leadership skills.
  • Five in-office coaching sessions with your entire team over the course of 12 months. This includes Get Ahead’s Annual Planning session at the end of the calendar year.
  • Six one-hour ZOOM breakouts (total of 6 hours) with individual departments (administrative, clinical assistants, hygiene) to learn specialized verbal skills and mastermind department-specific challenges.
  • Unlimited text and email communication (within reason!).
  • Training in reading and understanding your financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
  • Training on how to find your voice as the leader.
  • Training on how to improve your office culture and team dynamics.
  • Training on communication skills to be more effective and influential with your team and your patients.
  • Access to all of Get Ahead’s proven scripts, protocols, procedures, spreadsheets, checklists, monitors, and so much more!
  • Membership in CoachAccountable, a secure online portal that streamlines communication between Doctor & Coach. It keeps all of our correspondence organized & in one area. In addition, you have access to all our support materials listed above, in your private portal.
  • Hold you accountable for what you say you will do, by when you say you will do it!
  • Double-digit growth to your top and bottom line within the first 12 months (if you follow through on your end).

What We Expect From You:

  • Willingness to change.
  • Commit to our call schedule. Moving or cancelling 3 scheduled calls within a 90-day period may lead to the forfeiture of the allocated time. In more severe cases, it may result in early termination. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a reliable and consistent communication schedule.
  • Fulfill your Action Items that we set, by the agreed upon due date.
  • Commit to following-up and following-through.

**OPTIONAL ADD-ON: In-office training with individual departments and/or entire team. Training sessions will be billed separately. Half-day training (3.5 hours) is $2500. Full-day training (7 hours plus ½ hour break for lunch) is $5000. Travel expenses and meals will be paid by the Doctor.
