What You Can Expect From Us:

Everything that’s included in the Analysis & Game Plan Package PLUS:

  • Bi-Weekly one-on-one coaching calls with the doctor-owner. These calls are pre-scheduled for 1 hour, every other week.
    • One call/month is dedicated to dealing with CDAs (Challenges Demanding Attention) and WMIRN (What’s Most Important Right Now!)
    • One call/month is dedicated to coaching the Dr. on his/her business skills and leadership skills.
  • Membership in CoachAccountable, a secure online portal that streamlines communication between Doctor & Coach. It keeps all of our correspondence organized & in one area. In addition, you have access to all our support materials listed above, in your private portal.
  • Extensive support materials.
  • Unlimited text and email communication (within reason!).
  • Training in reading and understanding your financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
  • Training in how to find your voice as the leader.
  • Training in how to improve your office culture and team dynamics.
  • Training in communication skills to be more effective and influential with your team and your patients.

What We Expect From You:

  • Fulfill your Action Items that we set, by the agreed upon due date.
  • Commit to our call schedule. Moving or cancelling 3 scheduled calls with less than 48-hours’ notice, within a 90-day period, will incur a cancellation fee of $300. In more severe cases, it may result in early termination. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a reliable and consistent communication schedule.

Optional Enhancements:

  1. In-office training with entire team. In office training sessions will be billed separately. Full-day training (6 hours plus ½ hour break for lunch) is $3600 and includes all support materials. Travel expenses and meals will be paid by the Doctor. In-office training sessions must be booked at least 2 months in advance. Canceling a session within 14 days of the scheduled date will incur a $1000 late-notice fee.
  2. ZOOM training calls with individual departments and/or entire team. ZOOM sessions will be billed separately at the rate of $300 per hour, with minimum billing of one hour.
  3. Additional calls, arranged beyond any of the package specifications, will incur charges at a rate of $300 per hour, with minimum billing of one hour.
