Over 25 years ago, I was in your very place with my own dental practice.

Leadership Struggles

I was struggling to lead my team.

Slow Growth

My practice was plateauing.

I didn't love going into the office.

I thought, “This is it? This is why I spent 8 years of my life, and hundreds of thousands of dollars…for THIS??? There has to be a better way!”

How I Found A Solution in Coaching

As Jim Rohn said, “Success leaves clues.”

I admitted that I couldn’t do this alone.
I admitted that I didn’t know everything I needed to know to run my practice as a successful business.
I admitted that if I kept on this path, I would either quit or make myself sick from the stress.

So, I looked for clues. I asked my friends and colleagues who seemed, well, happy. What was their secret? Across the board, they told me, “I work with a coach.”

Luckily, in a short time, I met my first coach. And that made all the difference.

Did my practice magically transform itself overnight? Of course not!

I’m not going to tell you that this was the “magic bullet” and that everything was perfect after that. No way!

It took lots of hard work and commitment (from both me and my team) to turn the corner and start to see real progress. We realized that change is messy, non-linear, and sometimes, just flat-out painful.

A Comparison

Think about the patient who comes into your office, after 10 years of occlusal dysfunction, poor oral hygiene, and overall neglect, and she wants her teeth to be perfect. Tomorrow.

You know that is NOT going to happen. It takes time, education, a financial investment, and your unique expertise and skill to get her where she wants to be.

Okay, now YOU’RE the patient, and I’m your dentist. I can help you. I will help you.

All I ask of you, for now, is to consider whether you want to:

Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Get laser-focused on what your vision for your practice is.

Realize that this kind of change often means you’ll lose some team members…and maybe even some patients. (Don’t worry-those vacancies will be filled by people who buy into, and appreciate, your vision!)

Keep your nerve and stay the course.

Trust that I’ll be with you, every step of the way.

You’ll find that this is a team effort. My team and I might have been able to reach our goals without our coach. I have no doubt it would have taken us a LOT longer. And been a lot messier. And probably would have cost me a lot more in the long run, both financially and emotionally.
