This program is an excellent choice for clients who have already completed 6–12 months of our Bi-Monthly 1:1 Coaching Program. It’s also ideal for those with significant business experience who are seeking an accountability partner & a trusted advisor to help pinpoint & strategize around targeted areas for growth.

What You Can Expect From Us:

Everything that’s included with the Analysis & Game Plan Package PLUS:

  • Monthly one-on-one coaching calls with the doctor-owner. These calls are scheduled in advance, typically taking place during the third or fourth week of each month.
  • AI-generated written summaries of each call, with targeted action items, as well as video recordings.
  • Extensive support materials.
  • Unlimited text and email communication (within reason!).
  • Monthly review of your financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow Statement).
  • Training in how to continue to grow as the leader of your practice.
  • Training in how to maintain your office culture and team dynamics.
  • Training in improving your communication skills to be more effective and influential with your team and your patients.
  • Access to all of Get Ahead’s proven scripts, protocols, procedures, spreadsheets, checklists, monitors, and so much more!
  • Membership in Coach Accountable, a secure online portal that streamlines communication between Doctor & Coach. It keeps all of our correspondence organized & in one area. In addition, you have access to all our support materials listed above in your private portal.
  • Goal-setting guidance: personal & professional.
  • Hold you accountable for what you say you will do, by when you say you will do it!
  • DOUBLE-DIGIT growth to your top and bottom line within the first 12-18 months (if you follow through on your end).

What We Expect From You:

  • Submit your monthly reports on time.
  • Fulfill your Action items that we set, by the agreed upon due date.
  • Commit to our call schedule. Moving or canceling 3 scheduled calls within a 90-day period may lead to the forfeiture of the allocated time. In more severe cases, it may result in early termination. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a reliable and consistent communication schedule.

Monthly 1:1 Maintenance Coaching

Recommended time commitment: minimum of 6 months (Doctor and situation dependent). No long-term contract. Cancel at any time without penalty (that goes both ways!) *There is an additional investment for multiple doctor-owners, teams larger than 10 total (including doctors), and/or multiple locations. TBD after introductory call.*

Optional Add-Ons:

1. In-office training with entire team. Training sessions will be billed separately. Full-day training (6 hours plus ½ hour break for lunch) is $3600 and includes all support materials. Travel expenses and meals will be paid by the Doctor.
2. Zoom training calls with individual departments and/or entire team. Training sessions will be billed separately at the rate of $300 per hour, with minimum billing of one hour.
3. Extra calls, arranged beyond any of the package specifications, will incur charges at a rate of $300 per hour, with a minimum billing of one hour.
4. Annual Planning sessions. 2 Choices:
a. In-office session. We will provide printed workbooks. Travel expenses and meals
will be paid by the Doctor. 4 hours. $3000.
b. Zoom Meeting. We will email you your workbook. Can be held with leadership
team or entire team. 3 hours. $1500.
